...simply FRIENDS

I woke up, opened the window, simply stared at the bright sun and I thought that this will be just another ordinary day for me. And all of a sudden I got a text message from my friend asking me if we could all hang out that day at our favorite place - the city plaza. I said yes and decided to send a message to some of our friends informing them of the said plan. Looking at the clock, I thought it's time for me to fix myself and be ready. And all of a sudden I tought....

"We've known each other for almost 11 years... 11 LONG YEARS! Wow! And for me this is an achievement..."

Our journey started way back in the year 2000, when we were all gathered to complete the new set of SSC students. High school life was not that easy since we all have our differences. We had our fights and misunderstandings because of our childish acts and immature attitudes. But those 4 years in high school taught us a lot of things that made our friendship stronger. We learned to appreciate and accept everyones differences. We saw in each other not just a friend but a family, an extended family whose always ready to support each other even in our simple ways. 

College days came, and we were still the same. We went to different colleges/universities, but the bond that we had remained in our hearts. Even if we don't see each other that much, we knew in our hearts that we still care for each other. Time flies really fast! After four or five long years, we all graduated in our chosen career.  

As grown ups but still a child sometimes, we tend to set our priorites to the next level. Some of us decided to left town and some of us just stayed. As you read this, this is all I want to say!

"For those who decided to leave, we are still here whenever you looked back. Always remember we are just here waiting for your return. We will be welcoming you with open arms and a smile in our face and hearts." 

"And for all that stayed here, let's continue to make this friendship even special. And let us try to embrace each day with thankful hearts that we always have someone to depend on."

"I KNOW TIME WILL COME THAT ALL OF US WILL BE AT DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE WORLD. WE MAY NOT SEE EACH OTHER FOR MONTHS OR EVEN FOR YEARS. AND WE'LL SURELY MISS EACH OTHERS COMPANY. SO DON'T FORGET THE PEOPLE THAT HAS BEEN A PART OF YOUR JOURNEY! YOU KNOW YOU ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE TO COME BACK TO - A PLACE WHERE WE ALL STARTED THIS BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY WITH AMAZING FRIENDS."
